Booking Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee being 50% of your appointment price. Any no shows or cancellations within the hour will incur the full price of the appointment as a fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same no show fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Treatment Satisfaction

We strive for client satisfaction. If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 1 week of your treatment. We do not offer refunds, but if able to, we will offer a touch-up or adjustment at the discretion of management.

Dispatch & Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours of being placed.
During peak periods or high-demand launches, please allow additional time for processing. Our team always works diligently to ensure your order is fulfilled as soon as possible.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (AUS): 2–6 business days after dispatch

  • Express Shipping (AUS): 1–3 business days after dispatch

International Orders
We currently don’t ship to international destinations.

Once shipped, your tracking details will be emailed to you so you can monitor your order’s journey.

Shipping Carriers
We use reputable shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier is selected based on your location and shipping preference.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to check your parcel’s delivery progress in real-time.

Order Placement & Pricing

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
If an issue arises with your order (such as incorrect pricing or stock discrepancies), we’ll contact you directly to offer a resolution or refund.

Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
Prices are subject to change due to supplier updates, currency fluctuations, or promotional adjustments.

If an error is discovered in the price or calculation at checkout, we reserve the right to cancel the order and contact you to complete your purchase at the correct price.

Discount Codes
Promo codes and discounts are subject to individual terms and may include limitations such as usage caps or expiry dates. These cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

Refund & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on cosmetics or beauty products unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@soulbrowstudio.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for this to appear in your account.

Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal (where available).
Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.

When selecting PayPal at checkout, you agree to PayPal’s terms and conditions, available on their website. Your personal information will be processed according to PayPal’s privacy policy.
