Booking Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee being 50% of your appointment priceAny no shows or cancellations within the hour will incur the full price of the appointment as a fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same no show fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Treatment Satisfaction

We strive for client satisfaction. If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 1 week of your treatment. We do not offer refunds, but if able to, we will offer a touch-up or adjustment at the discretion of management.
